Join our Solutions Team as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) where you'll be pivotal in supporting our enterprise clients through complex technological engagements. Your role involves understanding our product architecture and each customer's unique business goals. You'll engage senior stakeholders in detailed discussions to grasp their infrastructure needs, guiding tailored product use and developing custom solutions. Your work will build strong customer relationships and bridge communication between clients and our technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Spearhead customer success by orchestrating the flawless integration of our cutting-edge technological capabilities with their GRC operations, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Serve as a go-to expert in Cloud Providers’ architectures, Infrastructure-as-Code, and intricate product deployments, guaranteeing a robust and efficient integration for our customers.
  • Foster collaboration among Security, DevOps, Product, and Engineering teams to craft bespoke solutions seamlessly harmonizing with enterprise customers' existing architecture, while adeptly translating technical and business requirements.
  • Drive innovation by conceptualizing and designing inventive solutions that elevate the efficacy and utility of the anecdotes platform for our esteemed clientele.
  • Champion knowledge dissemination by creating and disseminating pioneering educational resources like knowledge base articles, repositories, and Terraform models, empowering both customers and peers with invaluable skills and insights.


  • 2+ years of experience as a TAM / Solutions Engineer working with large enterprises in the space of Cloud Solutions/Services.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Public Cloud Providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and all of their services, Kubernetes, etc.
  • Strong expertise in Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloudformation).
  • Expertise in Python or any backend language, using APIs, SDKs, and CLI.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to forge long-lasting relationships and the ability to deliver complex messaging in a clear and logical manner.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other related field - advantage.
  • Experience in the space of Cloud Security / GRC - advantage.
